This south mission beach 2nd & 3rd level 1500 sqft penthouse condo is great for any vacation with its awesome views of the Pacific Ocean from the living room as well as the kitchen and dining area and best of all are the spectacular views from the balcony complete with patio furniture and gas BBQ.
The 2nd floor has the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both with queen beds and they share a large bathroom. On the 3rd floor there is the master bedroom with a king bed and its own private master bath great for mom and dad with the rest of the family on the 2nd floor.
If 3 rooms is not enough sleeping there is a very comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, great for the last minute overnight guests too tired to head home after a fun filled day at the beach.
No vacation rental would be complete with out a large fully equipped kitchen , with beautiful marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances .There is also a 1/2 bath located just off the kitchen .
PARKING is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. Please be sure the vehicle you bring will fit in the designated area.
