On the 3rd floor you will enjoy the living room, dining room, library and media room as well as a fabulous entertainment kitchen featuring a long breakfast bar with plenty of room for onlookers. 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves w/ovens, 2 sinks and 2 refrigerators make this kitchen equipped for more than one great chef. Some other amenities to make your stay more pleasurable are a poolside bar with refrigerator, billiard room wet bar, 2 laundry rooms, full bath adjacent to the indoor pool, private bathrooms for each bedroom, 2 whirlpool tubs, 2 bathtubs and 5 showers. Along with an Indoor Pool for rainy days, you have your own private Outdoor Pool for soaking in the sun!! Top Sail features all new designer furnishings, and the cool breeze atmosphere of the islands. You'll have smooth sailing in the Top Sail.
