The kitchen is equipped with wood cabinets and newer appliances including a full size refrigerator w/ ice maker, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Also available is a full size washer and dryer. Ample parking. A heated swimming pool. Tennis courts. Basketball. Quiet beach. Both surf fishing and nearby intercoastal waterway fishing. Numerous nearby golf courses nearby. Besides relaxing next to the pool or on the powdered white beach, there are plenty of activities to participate near the condo including jet skiing, cycling, and snorkeling at Point of Rock.
