This 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch home offers great family amenities! Lots of personal touches make this home unique to every other. Located just down the street from the activity pool and golf course it's just a short walk to family fun! The master bedroom has a queen size bed, an additional twin day bed with trundle bed and has a private bath with whirlpool tub, TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed also. The common bathroom is located between these 2 bedrooms. The living room has a gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper, TV/VCR/DVD, and Nintendo Game Cube. (Please bring your own games) The full kitchen has a dishwasher, breakfast bar with small TV and is open to the family room. The family room has a sofa, small pool table, bar and entertainment area including a TV/VCR/DVD, family board games, books, puzzles for all ages. Washer and dryer, 2 car garage, large deck with charcoal grill and fire pit. This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Rates for this home are based on 6 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night.
