Best of all, our Palm Coast Florida condo overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is just a few steps away from cinnamon colored sand of Ocean Hammock’s private beach. Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes ocean view from the front of our condo. Our 4th floor luxury condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features 1910 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with granite countertops. (Note: This unit has free local phone access for guests who want Internet access.) The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club. The three bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed, and one with 2 twins. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2). The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. ) Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses. Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, ac, heat. new color TV, DVD player, CD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker/ blender/ washer & dryer/ linens / towels. Beach towels provided at pool. This condo is managed by Vacation Rental Pros Property Management LLC which is owned by Steve Milo. Steve Milo is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent for Vacation Rental Pros LLC. Additional $150 end of stay cleaning fee. Damage waiver fee is $45, amenity fee is 3% and applicable sales tax is 10% Minimum stay is 4 nights. Weekly rates based on a Saturday arrival. Exceptions can be made.
