Featuring vaulted ceilings and partial bay views, this beautiful condominium is an ideal way to enjoy the best of both sides of gulf life: the quiet seclusion of the bay and Intracoastal, with immediate access to the resort-style life of the Excelsior’s beach and facilities.
Set in the quiet, comfortable bay side of the Excelsior’s beach-to-bay complex, you can enjoy the quiet comings and goings of both boat and dolphins from your roomy, screened lanai. Step outside your door and you’re just a quick elevator ride downstairs and few moments’ walk to your private, gated beach access. Spend the day on Siesta Key’s gorgeous white sands or split your time at one of the resort’s two heated pools. Tough choices - can you handle them?
The decisions don’t stop there. Tennis courts, Jacuzzis, shuffleboard and the nearby attractions of Sarasota, the Mote Aquarium and Busch Gardens are all vying for your attention.
When do you find time to unwind in your luxury condo, you might stop first in the living room. With two couches and lots of room to spare, this is a room to call your own - from the minute you drop your bags. Adjacent, in a large, open-plan space is the dining area. Lending an air of sophisticated cohesion, the dining suite matches that of the living room. With six large, cushioned wicker chairs, meals around this dining table will be the sort that last all night. We’re happy to include the bottle opener in your fully stocked kitchen.
A handsome kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, it has everything you need on offer: up-to-date appliances, a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and all necessary smaller appliances. The fridge even has an in-built ice maker - perfect not just for Florida’s heat but for putting your included blender to great use. Daiquiris, anyone?
The biggest and best bedroom, your master suite, will continue to delight over a long stay with its large walk-in closet and private lanai access. This set of sliding doors also provides great natural light all day long, making this a very happy room in which to spend time. Your king-sized bed, TV and gently whirring ceiling fan complete the picture of perfection.
Guests in bedroom two will enjoy what is essentially their own en suite bathroom as well. Bedroom and bathroom doors are adjacent to each other, making this a very convenient and private arrangement. Two twin beds, as well as great storage in a wall closet and large dresser complete the room.
Adding to your comfort, Excelsior provides a great many guest amenities. These include wireless Internet. Allowing you to make the most of your rest & relaxation time, you’ll find in-suite laundry facilities very convenient.
In addition to a great location, Siesta Key boasts some of the oldest and most well-established trees in the area. These further add to the area’s excellent landscaping - and to your shaded privacy. You’ll feel like the only vacationers around.
