The price includes all applicable fees, utilities, towels and linens. In addition to the price there is a one time cleaning fee of $325.00. Guest shall pay for anything over $125.00 per month for each gas and electric (for monthly or longer stays). Maid service is available at an additional fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
If you play golf, we are able to make your tee times 60-90 days in advance with excellent rates at ALL the best courses in Tucson.
We allow pets on a case by case basis. We have an additional pet deposit of $500.00 of which $250.00 is refundable assuming there are no damages to the property.
