Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking by the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Extensive bike and hiking path network from the holiday house. Forest train station (narrow-gauge tracks), 400 m. Country park Fuerrt Pueckler (World Heritage Site with bridge connection to the Polish part of the park), 300 m. Cycle hire, 2 km. Polish border with large market (open all year round, very reasonable prices), 3 km. Dinghy tours on the River Neisse (boat hire), lakeside bathing, 4 km. On request (extra): riding for children (owner's own livestock).
